Some newer friends may not know Piglet, so in short, she was a bait dog that came to us with SEVERE wounds that we helped heal and rehabilitate. Her entire lips were bitten off and almost all of her teeth were filed down. She is the sweetest dog you’ll ever know! She has forever mobility issues due to the horrific violence she endured and we go to see a specialist on Thursday to hopefully find some help for her front limb that was ripped apart at the joints and is inoperable.
Panda Paws Rescue is a small “in-home” canine rescue that primarily works with special needs, medically needy, rehabilitation cases and hospice canines. Founder, Amanda Giese, has extensive experience in emergency & surgical Veterinary medicine and maintains a very close relationship with our Veterinary providers. We have an extensive network of fellow rescues and work closely with the Oregon Humane Society for the happy healthy canines that do not need any special care.
