RPM (Rescued Pets Movement) saves thousands of dogs slated to be put down at BARC. They transport their rescues to Colorado where they have loving homes waiting for them. In the mean time, they currently need local families who will foster puppies waiting for new homes. Who doesn’t want a puppy? Foster a puppy.
